Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to trustline.vn and, where a statement of work is signed, the professional cybersecurity services provided by Trustline Solutions ("Trustline", "we", "us"). Using this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Paid engagements are governed by the signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Statement of Work (SoW), which prevail if they conflict with this page.

2. Website use

This website is a corporate information property. It does not create an account, marketplace, or online delivery of testing services. You may not scrape, overload, or attempt to probe the site beyond ordinary browsing. Security research against trustline.vn itself must follow our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.

3. Professional services

Penetration testing, security audits, re-tests, and advisory work are delivered only after written authorization, a defined scope, and an agreed test window. Trustline does not guarantee that every vulnerability will be found, that a system is "secure", or that a later attacker cannot succeed. Findings reflect the scoped surface, the agreed methodology, and the conditions present during the engagement.

4. Client responsibilities

• Provide truthful ownership or written authorization for every system in scope.
• Do not send production secrets, passwords, or unrestricted production access through the public website form.
• Maintain backups and change-control during any test window.

5. Fees and payment

Public pricing on this website is indicative. Binding fees, expenses, and payment schedule are those stated in the SoW. Work does not start until commercial terms are accepted. Overdue invoices may pause delivery, including re-test windows.

6. Confidentiality

Engagement data is handled under the signed NDA. Trustline maintains a zero-data-retention posture for client evidence after project completion, except where a signed agreement or Vietnamese law requires a longer hold.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Trustline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, lost revenue, or lost data arising from website use or from residual risk after an assessment. For paid services, aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid under the applicable SoW, unless a mandatory statute says otherwise.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Courts in Ho Chi Minh City have jurisdiction, unless the signed SoW specifies another forum.
