1. Who We Are

Trustline Solutions ("Trustline", "we", "us") is a cybersecurity advisory firm based in Vietnam. This website (trustline.vn) serves as our corporate landing page and does not offer user accounts, login functionality, or online transactions.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate this website and respond to business enquiries:

• Contact form data: name, work email, company, optional phone number, service interest, preferred timeline, and the message you choose to submit.
• Security advisory subscriptions: the work email submitted through the footer form, used only to send Trustline Security Advisories. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing contact@trustline.vn.
• Lead attribution: landing path, referrer hostname, and UTM campaign fields submitted with the contact or advisory form. Full referrer paths are not included in lead emails.
• Web analytics: anonymous page views and selected non-PII interaction events processed by Vercel Web Analytics without cookies. Optional Google Analytics data is processed only after explicit consent.
• Server logs: standard web server logs including IP addresses, timestamps, and requested URLs, retained for security monitoring and deleted within 90 days.

3. Cookies

This website always uses technologies necessary for core functionality and security. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated abuse; Turnstile may process limited network and browser signals required to make that security decision. Your language, attribution, and analytics-consent choices may be stored in first-party browser storage.

Vercel Web Analytics records aggregate page and selected interaction events without cookies or persistent cross-site identifiers; query strings and URL fragments are removed before page-view events are sent. Google Analytics is not loaded until you select “Allow analytics”. If you choose “Essential only”, no Google Analytics tag is loaded and no analytics data is sent to Google. Advertising storage, ad user data, ad personalization, and Google Signals remain disabled. You can reopen Analytics settings from the website footer. We do not use marketing pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising.

4. Email Communications

When you contact us through the website form or via contact@trustline.vn, we process the contact details and message content you provide solely to assess and respond to your inquiry. Advisory-subscription emails are used only to send Security Advisories; they are not added to third-party marketing lists. This data is:

• Used only for the purpose of the business conversation.
• Not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Retained only as long as necessary for the engagement, then deleted upon request.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or trade personal information. Contact-form data is processed by infrastructure providers strictly to host the website, prevent abuse, and deliver the resulting email notification. Those providers currently include Vercel (website, anonymous Web Analytics, and server-side form processing), Cloudflare (Turnstile bot verification), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Google Analytics (analytics only after explicit consent). Data may also be disclosed when required by Vietnamese law or a valid legal order.

6. Client Engagement Data

For active security assessment engagements, data handling is governed by the specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Statement of Work (SoW) signed between Trustline and the client. Client evidence is deleted on the contractual retention schedule, except where a signed agreement or Vietnamese law requires a longer hold.

7. Your Rights

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law 2025 (Law No. 91/2025/QH15) and Decree 356/2025/NĐ-CP, you have the right to:

• Request access to any personal data we may hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
